Established in 2016 with the help of US based Sigmax Solutions, with roots that are traceable back to GE. Six SigmaX is focused on helping people from a wide range of nationalities, companies and industries develop their practical knowledge and application of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing to deliver bottom line improvements, effective New Product Introductions, business rationalisation, improved manufacturing efficiency and the resolution of damaging warranty concerns whilst achieving personal recognition in the form of Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt certifications and other professional institute awards.

We have completed over 2000 real-life projects, trained and mentored hundreds of people in North America, Europe, China and South America with a significant number of them achieving recognized Black Belt and Master Black Belt certifications which have been achieved by completing ten days training, six exams and two work based projects resulting in significant cost savings and quality performance gains for the organisations that they represent

We provide affordable training, mentoring and certifications in the Methodology which we call Yellow Belt, Reactive DMAIC problem solving in our Green Belt classes, pro-active Design for Six Sigma DIDOV in the Black Belt classes all of which combine with a cost-effective Excel based software package, six exams and two projects to realize Black Belt Certification. Classes are delivered in a generic or bespoke format, often at weekends or in the evenings to prevent disruption to normal working operations and all training is based upon a class project.
