Black Belt Training – 32 Hours - £750
Building upon the successful completion of the Green Belt class a supplementary four days learning the pro-active, Design for Six Sigma class based upon the DIDOV methodology(Define, Identify, Design, Optimize, Verify)
Tools include;
Vison, Multigenerational Planning, needs analysis, CTQ Flow down, Concept Selection, FMEA, Multiple Regression, Advanced Design of Experiments, Tolerance Analysis, Monte Carlo Simulation, Robust Design, Critical Factor Analysis and Mistake Proofing
Yellow Belt – 8 hours - £500
One day Introductory Class introducing Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC/DIDOV) working through a number of manual exercises to illustrate the concept. Reviews a couple of real life projects. This is a Good class for managers of Black Belt candidates to attend.
Green Belt – 40 hours - £1000
(Fee includes a 1-year Sigma Magic Licence)
Five day re-active, Six Sigma class based upon the ‘DMAIC’ methodology(Define Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control).
Tools include;
Problem Statements, graphical analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Measurement Systems Analysis (Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility, Capability Analysis, 5 Why, Ishikawa, ANOVA, Regression, Statistical Testing, Full Factorial Design of Experiments, Kaizen, Sample size, SPC, FMEA.
Certificate and Six Sigmax T-Shirt provided upon completion of each class.
