Teaches the reactive DMAIC methodology and tools
(DEFINE, MEASURE, ANALYZE, IMPROVE, CONTROL)
Timing: 8:30am – 5:00pm daily
Certificate at the end of the training
Hardcopy training manuals for all five units
6 months Sigma Magic Licence
Remote mentoring and coaching available to all students after class
Lunch provided
